Macalloy supply Threaded Bar systems with or without corrosion protection as single tendons or with couplers. Continuous development has provided the world's largest double corrosion protected mono bar ground anchor utilising 75 mm Macalloy and having a minimum working load of 2215 kN.

Further developments have resulted in the 63.5 mm and the unique 75 mm Macalloy 500 reinforcing bar designed especially to meet the needs of ever increasing demands from ground engineering contractors.

Mini Piling and Soil Nails regularly utilise Macalloy 500 threaded rebar-coupling system to provide a simple, robust, flexible solution for use in ground engineering and tying applications. The bar is made from a high yield reinforcing steel with a range of couplers and nuts designed to accommodate virtually every reinforcement coupling application.

Macalloy have been suppliers to the sheet piling tie market for over 40 years. We draw on that experience to develop solutions for all tying problems with Macalloy 17MHS bars, which are now available with a 3173kN yield and a 1587kN permanent working load.
