First Bowstring Bridge in Greece - 16/09/2010

The Veria Footbridge is the first bowstring bridge in Greece. Macalloy Site Services recently worked inconjunction with Greek Contractor Elemka to stress Macalloy 460 M30 tie rods. Installation of the bridge is due complete by the end of October 2010. Two further bridges in Thesaloniki are to be completed by Elemka in the near future which Macalloy will also be supplying.
