Macalloy Multilingual Sales Team Learn Portuguese

Some members of Macalloy's export sales team have recently completed a course in Portuguese delivered through local language specialist Talking Heads. Operating in countries across the globe, Macalloy employ a multilingual approach to communication and marketing and can now add Portuguese to its growing list of in-house languages.  

 Talking Heads consulted with the team to understand their objectives and reasons for use. Experienced Brazilian tutor, Andrea, visited on a weekly basis to teach the language from basic skills upwards. After a certain level was reached, the class was tailored to the specific knowledge that the team wanted to gain.

 Julie Billson from the Export Sales Department is already an accomplished linguist and understands the benefits of having different languages under her belt, for the benefit of her position within Macalloy. Julie says "Understanding the language of your customers isn't just beneficial - it's essential for effective communication and relationship building. As Macalloy's supply chain continues to expand via an international network of Macalloy personnel, agents and distributors, learning new languages is crucial to ensuring Macalloy's growth continues in the international market".
