Macalloy supply tie rods to new South Leicestershire College - 03/03/2009

The new campus building for South Leicestershire College in Wigston near Leicester, was recently supplied with Macalloy S460 tie rods in M36 diameter. The tie rods are being used as cross bracing, reinforcing the structure of the building.

The new building, which will replace a disused industrial site, will act as a landmark 'gateway' to the town, construction is due to be completed in summer 2010.
