Macalloy Adjustable Compression Strut

The Macalloy Adjustable Compression Strut range provides a high end architectural finish along with adjustable CHS members. The compression strut range uses the same fork end fitting as the rest of the Macalloy tension structures range including tension bars and stainless cables allowing for combinations of all 3 systems.

Adjustable compression struts are available in carbon, galvanized and stainless steel options in all major CHS diameters from 33.7mm to 323.9mm.

Within the compression strut range there are 2 products.

The Macalloy Architectural Compression Strut has a long, sleek, taper finish to the CHS and a locking collar that hides the thread used to connect the fork.

The Macalloy Standard Compression Strut provide a cost effective alternative with a shorter taped end and no locking collar.

The Macalloy Compression Strut system has been approved in Germany by the Deutsches Instit für Bautechnik under approval number Z-14.4-530. For further information please contact the Macalloy technical department.
