The Burj Al Arab Hotel is one the tallest buildings in the UAE. The hotel has become an iconic structure of Dubai's urban transformation and took 5 years to build at a cost of $650million.
The foundations of the building are post tensioned using 75mm Dia Macalloy 1030 bars. The world’s tallest atrium has a fabric membrane wall, which utilises Macalloy 460 Architectural system to maintain tension.
