Dong Energy headquarters, Phase II, Gentofte

Macalloy 460 tie rods in diameter M30 and 36 were recently supplied as roof bracing to the extension of Dong Energy headquarters, Gentofte, Denmark.
In addition to supplying tie-rods, Macalloy has also provided structural support to the building, by using Macalloy Architectural Compression Struts of 90mm diameter with M36 fork ends.
The 33,000 square metre extension, includes offices, an atrium and canteen, will be built to reflect the style of the previous sections of the building.
Construction is expected to be completed sometime in 2009.
