Each bridge spans the 15m width of the atrium, which is eight storey's high. They are supported by Macalloy S460 bars hung from a series of roof top trusses. Macalloy tendons are also used in a series of bowstring trusses, which span the atrium at roof top level and support structural roof glazing.
