Millenium Bridge, London
Year of Completion 2002
Opened in June 2000 the London Millenium bridge was the first new bridge since the tower bridge in 1894.
Built for pedestrian use only, this 325m steel suspension bridge provides a link between the St.Paul's Catherdral and the Tate Modern gallery.
Macalloy 460 tendons were used as anchors, whilst Macalloy 1030 was used as holding down bolts for the steel bridge pier to the concrete pillars.
